Form ⎯ ceramic pot candles
Dear Community,
In light of a few reported cases concerning a flame too high on some of our ceramic jar candles (only) under particular conditions, we have decided to remove these candles from sale and to act preventively by asking you to stop using the candles mentioned below, purchased between May 1st and November 24th, 2024.
The affected products are as follows:
- Grapefruit Blossom & Lavender Candle (ceramic container)
- Eucalyptus Wood & Lavender Candle (ceramic container)
- Cedar & Lavender Candle (ceramic container)
- Amber, Vanilla & Lavender Candle (ceramic container)
As a preventive safety measure, we ask you not to burn these candles, whether they were purchased in physical stores and/or on the online store and/or on the mobile application.
On our side, our entire team is working closely with our raw material suppliers to analyze every aspect of this situation and implement the necessary adjustments. Our goal is to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Laboratory tests carried out upstream and throughout the development of these candles have not revealed any such problem. This approach is therefore officially part of a voluntary report on our part.
What to do if you have one of these candles?
We have set up a simple procedure;
1. Check if your candle matches the description above
2. If you would like a refund on a gift card equivalent to the value paid, fill out the short form at the bottom of this page. It is imperative to use this form for the rest. It is not necessary to go to the store.
3. We will process your requests in order of receipt and priority. Please note that there may be a delay in response, but all will be answered.
