1) Lavender lemonade
Yess - a classic to enjoy in the summer when you visit La Maison. To recreate it, it's very simple, you'll need;
- 2 cups (250ml) of your favorite lemonade (homemade or store bought)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) Lavender syrup
- some edible lavender flowers (Aromate)
- Ice
Just mix the ingredients together, then enjoy.
2) Lavender Ice Cream Bars
A super simple frozen dessert to prepare that will please both adults and children.
- 1/3 cup Lavender syrup
- some edible lavender flowers (Aromate)
- popsicle molds or tubes
Just mix the ingredients together, pour into your molds, freeze then enjoy!
3) Cocktail or Mocktail made with Gin:
A simple cocktail to recreate at home to celebrate with your family, friends...

For the mocktail recipe:
- 3/4 oz Lavender Syrup
- 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz of sparkling lavender & apple drink or the bubbles of your choice
- ice
Regular Cocktail:
- 1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
- 1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz of gin (of your choice)
- 3 oz of sparkling lavender & apple drink or the bubbles of your choice
- ice
Just mix the ingredients together, then enjoy.
4) A smoothie bowl
We had already shared the recipe a few years ago here on the La Maison's blog, but we're putting it here again because it's divine:
- 1/3 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of our Lavender Syrup
- 1 cup of Grand Granola Divin from Fourmi Bionique
Just mix the ingredients together, then enjoy.
5) Cocktail or Mocktail based on Martini
As shared in the Véro magazine, here is a delicate recipe to add a flowery touch to your summer cocktails:
- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz) Martini Floreale non-alcoholic aperitif, from Martini
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) Vallée floral gin, from Ubald Distillerie
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) Lavender syrup
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of green olive brine
- Sparkling water
- 1 sprig of lavender, as a garnish
Just mix the ingredients together, then enjoy
